Weight loss often can be exhausting because lack of energy caused by exercising, and permanent sense of hunger because of dieting and eating less. Lettuce, cabbage and other green leaf vegetables are also good natural hunger suppressors. They’re almost calorie free, taste good and can be mixed with few other ingredients to make them taste better and to make your diet a bit more interesting. Add garlic or onion and fry it all; or add soy sauce or salad dressing and eat uncooked. Green leaf vegetables can be consumed as much as you like and every time when hunger bothers you.
Choices are numerous and hunger can be suppressed completely naturally by everyone using natures produce. It’s only down to right choices. Choose fibre and vitamin rich products which are low in calories and see how hunger is disappearing.
