Chronic Fatigue Causes

Conscious breathing will step-up oxygen supply to the body and will assist in reducing the stress and anxiety. Breathing exercises could also assist to relax the body in stressful situations.
Depression, another of the major chronic fatigue causes, can be treated with the help of friends and other family members.
People who work, and a large number of teenagers lack exercise during a typical day. The day is spent in front of a desk or curled up on the couch, eyes glued onto the television. This lack of activity in one’s body could be said to be one of the important chronic fatigue causes. This can be easily avoided by exercising more often. The best way to prevent this it is to eat controlled balanced meals and also changing your lifestyle to a healthier one.
